First, draw the “skeleton” legs with UV White Eyeliner. Then add a small drop of Glitter Glue wherever you want the pearls. Pick up each pearl with the wax tip of the Magic Pick pencil and gently press it onto the glue. The idea is simple: the decoration sticks to the pencil tip, so there’s no need to fiddle with tiny pearls using your fingers.
