Wear whatever makeup you like underneath. Apply a small amount of Glitter Glue wherever you want the flowers and gems, then gently press them into place. Use the Magic Pick wax pencil to pick up and precisely place the tiny face gems. There’s no need for perfect symmetry with the flowers – simply layer different sizes and shades beneath your eyes.
