Delivery and Contract Terms

These delivery and contract terms apply to all orders placed in the Glitternisti online store.

2. Ordering and Formation of Contract

By placing an order in the online store, the customer makes an offer to purchase the products.

A binding sales agreement is formed when Glitternisti sends the customer an order confirmation or delivers the order.

We reserve the right not to accept an order, for example, due to an obvious pricing error, inventory error, technical error, or suspicion of misuse.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include the currently valid value-added tax.

Delivery costs are stated separately at the checkout before confirming the order.

We accept the payment methods currently available in the online store. The implementation of payment services is handled by external payment service providers.

Credit card information is processed securely in the payment service providers' systems and is not stored in Glitternisti's systems.

4. Deliveries

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and delivery address. Estimated delivery times are stated in the online store.

Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer when the customer or a person designated by them receives the shipment.

Glitternisti is not responsible for delivery delays beyond its control, such as disruptions by transport companies, strikes, official decisions, or other force majeure events.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address.

5. Right of Cancellation

Consumer customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with consumer protection law.

Cancellation must be clearly notified by email or other permanent means before sending the return.

The right of cancellation does not apply to products whose seal has been opened and which cannot be returned for resale due to health or hygiene reasons.

6. Returns

The returned product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for the delivery costs of the return, unless there is a defect in the product or an error occurred in the delivery.

We will refund returned products within 14 days at the latest from when we received the return or the customer has provided reliable proof of sending the return.

The refund will primarily be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the original order.

7. Unclaimed Shipments

An order is not considered canceled solely on the grounds that the customer fails to collect the shipment.

If a shipment is returned unclaimed, the customer may be charged for the actual delivery and return costs, as well as a handling fee of €10.

8. Defective Products and Complaints

If a product is found to be defective or the delivery does not match the order, the customer must contact our customer service as soon as possible.

For a defective product, the customer has rights under consumer protection law to have the product repaired, replaced, receive a price reduction, or cancel the purchase, depending on the situation.

Reasonable return costs incurred due to a defective product will be reimbursed to the customer.

9. Use and Safety of Cosmetic Products

Glitternisti's cosmetic products are intended for external use.

Avoid contact with eyes. If the product gets into the eyes or causes skin irritation, stop use immediately and rinse the area with plenty of water.

We recommend testing the product on a small skin area before actual use.

Products are not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Children under 12 years of age should use the products under adult supervision.

Glitternisti is not responsible for use of products contrary to their instructions.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including texts, images, logos, graphics, and product information, is the property of Good Tribe Oy or its partners.

Use of the content for commercial or personal purposes without written permission is prohibited.

11. Data Protection

Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with current data protection legislation.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law.

Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.

Consumers have the right to refer disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) and the right to use the services of consumer advisory services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

Consumers also have the right to bring an action in a competent court in accordance with current legislation.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers by law.
