ORDERING

Deliveries

Products ordered from Glitternisti's online store are delivered via Posti, PostNord, or Matkahuolto, according to the customer's chosen delivery method.

We normally process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of the order. Delivery time in Finland is usually 2–6 business days, depending on the chosen delivery method.

During peak seasons, campaigns, or for other reasons beyond Glitternisti's control, deliveries may experience delays. However, we always strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

If an order has not arrived within 7 business days of receiving the dispatch confirmation, please contact our customer service, and we will investigate the situation.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. If delivery is delayed or fails due to incorrect address information, the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Delivery Costs

Current postage fees can be seen in the checkout section of the online store.

If your order qualifies for free delivery, the package will be sent via Matkahuolto.

Payment Methods

You can securely pay for your purchases using several different payment methods.

We accept, among others:

  • Other payment methods available at checkout

Paytrail Oyj is responsible for payment mediation.

Credit card details are processed directly in the secure systems of payment service providers and are not stored in Glitternisti's systems.

Glitternisti operates under Good Tribe Oy. Good Tribe Oy or the payment service provider used may appear as the payee on your bank statement or invoice.

Klarna

Klarna offers the possibility to pay for purchases flexibly by invoice, installment, online bank payment, or credit card.

When using Klarna, the payment service is provided by Klarna Oy in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Klarna appears as the payee on the customer's bank statement or invoice.

Returns and Product Exchanges

According to Finnish consumer protection law, consumer customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.

The returned product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and, if possible, in its original shipping packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.

Please include your contact information and order number with the return so that we can process it as quickly as possible.

Return Costs

If the return is made without a fault in the product, the customer is responsible for the return delivery costs.

If the product is faulty or there has been an error in delivery, Glitternisti will compensate for reasonable return delivery costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipment for returns.

Unclaimed Shipments

An order is not considered canceled solely on the grounds that the shipment is left unclaimed.

If a shipment is returned to us as unclaimed, the customer may be charged for the actual costs incurred for delivery, return, and handling. In addition, we may charge a €10 handling fee for processing an unclaimed shipment.

Refunds

We will refund the value of the returned product without delay and no later than 14 days from when we have received the return or received reliable proof of dispatching the return.

The refund will primarily be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the original order.

If you return only part of the products from an order, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Faulty Products

If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

In the case of a faulty product, the customer has rights under consumer protection law to product exchange, repair, price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase, depending on the situation.
